Mr. Garcia admits that teaching is difficult. But he points out that the reward of seeing his students graduate and succeed in the IT industry outweighs the difficulties of teaching them. “For you know that what formed part of their success is that, at one point in their lives, you stopped and shared your time and knowledge with them,” he enthused.
